Hi and welcome! I’m Bre Bock, a Registered Dietitian who specializes in helping women with digestive issues feel better in their bodies and more at peace with food. I combine clinical experience in gut health with a compassionate, food freedom-centered approach to support women navigating IBS, IBD, SIBO, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and more.
With over a decade of experience in clinical nutrition—and a longstanding focus on digestive health throughout that time—I’ve had the privilege of supporting women with a wide range of gut-related conditions. While the past three years were spent exclusively in a dedicated GI clinic, gastrointestinal nutrition has been a central thread in my work for many years.

I understand how overwhelming it can feel when eating becomes a source of stress. As someone living with ulcerative colitis and type 1 diabetes, I’ve experienced firsthand the fear, restriction, and frustration that often come with chronic symptoms. That’s why I take a whole-person approach, combining evidence-based strategies with a realistic, supportive mindset. I use intuitive eating principles and a non-diet, weight-inclusive lens to help women move away from restriction and rebuild trust with their bodies. Together, we’ll explore your symptoms while also creating more flexibility and confidence around food.

My mission is to empower women who are ready to break up with restrictive diets and enhance their gut health. Through personalized mentorship, I help you uncover the root causes of digestive struggles, rebuild a positive relationship with food, and create sustainable, holistic solutions that restore your confidence and well-being. I’m here to listen, guide, and support you on your journey to feeling your best—inside and out.

At Revived Nutrition Counseling, I offer virtual sessions for women across Michigan who are looking for support that goes deeper than elimination diets and symptom checklists. You deserve a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal—without sacrificing your relationship with food.

If you’re feeling stuck, dismissed, or overwhelmed by your symptoms—let’s change that.
