Refine first steps, troubleshoot early challenges, and start layering in tailored education. -Address initial changes or challenges. -Reflect on what’s working and what’s not. -Begin digestive education tailored to your needs. -Refine your plan and layer in new steps, together.

Step Five: Functional Testing + Personalized Pathways

Functional testing is available — but never required. Here's how it fits into your care: -Your plan is always personalized. -Testing is one tool — not the whole toolkit. -Some clients explore testing early on, especially if they've already tried many things. -Others wait until later in the process — or never need it at all. -We’ll make the decision together, based on your goals, comfort, and progress. -If testing could be helpful for you, I’ll explain your options and what insights we might gain.
Pacing & Support
Most clients meet with me every 3–6 weeks, depending on what feels right for their needs and goals. Between sessions, I offer text and email support — so you're never navigating this alone.
